How to use IRIS OpenSpace
You will receive periodic emails from us via the IRIS OpenSpace platform when we have uploaded documents that require your attention. Please just follow the instructions in these e-mails.
User Name & Password
We know it is easy to forget your user name and password!
Reminders of your user name will be sent in our emails. If you have lost your password, this can be reset through the use of your user name at the OpenSpace login.
To upload your files to OpenSpace – Quick Guide
- When you are logged in to OpenSpace
> Click upload file
- A dialogue box opens
> Click Add files
- Go to the folder on your local device / computer
> Select the file(s) you wish to upload
> Click Upload
- You should see the files you have uploaded in your OpenSpace account and a message saying “Document(s) uploaded successfully”.
There is no need to do anything else as we will receive an automatic notification from the OpenSpace system that you have uploaded your files.
Organising files in OpenSpace
- If the documents in your OpenSpace area online are not showing in date order (latest on top), we recommend that you click the up/down arrow in the “Uploaded” column until they are in order.
