| I
trained with Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) in Birmingham
and worked for Stoy Hayward for five years before setting up
Blythe & Co over 20 years ago. I am responsible for all
aspects of the business. However in 2002 I passed Financial
Planning exams and joined the Society of Financial Advisers
and the Chartered Insurance Institute. My direct client contact
is now primarily through Blythe Financial Ltd. I do though attend
the regular management meetings and help to ensure that we have
the capacity to satisfy existing and new clients! |

I joined
Blythe & Co in April 1997. I qualified here having started
my training with Grant Thornton and having had a great spell
in Spain with Coopers & Lybrand. I achieved the Fellowship
of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2001.

|
| In
April 2003 I joined the management of Blythe & Co. I am
responsible for all our Business client work, which includes:
|
|
Business formation and structure

Corporation Tax
VAT and Payroll
Systems design and implementation
Software Training
Deadline management and other statutory compliance
Agreeing and managing our business Fee Quotes

is a complex world and I enjoy the challenge! |

| I
have worked with Blythe & Co since June 1999 although it
feels longer having kept in touch with JB since we were both
at Stoy Hayward over 20 years ago! I trained with the Inland
Revenue before moving into private practice. Firstly with Stoy
Hayward and then Moores Rowland where I was part of the ITN
Budget Programme production team. I have more recently been
a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. |
|
| I
run my own practice, but have time to provide support at management
level to Jenni and JB primarily in technical tax areas and IT.

Tax
and computers - a great combination!

| I
have worked with Blythe & Co since March 1992 providing
tax support. Previously I had worked for Pan Am for 11 years
where I was the Supervisor of the Tour Department before leaving
to have a family. I have gained a great deal of tax experience
over the years and I now help to operate the Personal Tax system
and talk frequently to the Inland Revenue. |

| I
have worked with Blythe & Co since September 1996. I trained
in London with Price Waterhouse before specialising in taxation.
I was a senior tax manager when I left to start a family. I
work with Blythe & Co whenever needed (usually two days
a week) and I cover all of the technical tax areas, in particular
partnership and business tax, operating seven different software
systems. |

| I
joined the firm in June 1999. For 15 years I was a Publicity
Assistant in feature films. I now manage the office at Blythe
& Co - I'm probably the one answering the phone! I am the
trained First Aid Officer(!) and in fact there are few things
I am not responsible for. I'm as surprised as everyone else
that I can do the work and that I enjoy it! I'm learning every
day and although I doubt I'll take the exams - you never know... |

| I
joined the firm in April 2003 - with a maths degree I was bound
to end up here! I have spent many years in a number of offices
but I have also been at the coal face as a production manager
in a printing firm. I normally work a three day week and if
you run a limited company - I am probably looking after it.
There is plenty to do and it is good to see the clients developing. |
